    I understand and accept that with membership in the International Network of Social Corp. Journalism (INSJ) I am part of a global network, and I will share activities and projects. I understand that the International Association of Communication and Media Professionals is also INSJ.

    I understand and accept that the membership I obtain by being a member of INSJ is a legal and personal commitment of respect, honesty and honor. I accept that I must protect the good honor of INSJ and all its members, allies and associates, maintaining decorum and respect for institutions and people.

    I understand and accept that INSJ is not responsible for my actions, that I have no employment relationship, representation, or employment contract with INSJ, and I will respond independently and completely before the law, persons and institutions for any claim of my actions, protecting and assuming full responsibility for any claim or demand that directly or indirectly affects the International Network of Social Journalism, Corp (INSJ) or its organizations, its directors, partners, associates, allies, sponsors, donors, volunteers in relation to my actions and the use of my relationship with INSJ in any aspect. I assume my absolute, voluntary and total commitment to my actions that involve in any way the use of membership or any other personal or professional relationship with INSJ, its directors, partners, staff, associates, allies, sponsors, donors or volunteers. I understand and accept that I expressly renounce taking legal or any other kind of action against INSJ, its organizations, directors, allies, associates and members in claim of benefits or rights of any kind or nature.

    I understand and accept that as a special volunteer member I agree to maintain the oath of absolute confidentiality and will respect all instructions and information I receive from INSJ.

    I understand and accept that in the event of receiving the International Professional Credential or any other documentation issued by INSJ, I fully and completely accept the rules and regulations, and assume full responsibility for its use. I assume full responsibility for all actions resulting from the use of the credential and my personal attitude.

    I understand and accept that the INSJ International Professional Credential must be received legally and directly from INSJ, it cannot be copied, duplicated, altered or shared in any way or technology. The International Professional Credential is delivered in a unique, exclusive and non-transferable manner to its authorized beneficiary by INSJ. I accept that the International Professional Credential is the sole and exclusive property of INSJ and must be delivered to INSJ upon request.

    I assume full responsibility for the origin, veracity and legality of the documentation that I have submitted and that facilitates my participation in INSJ. INSJ is not responsible for verifying the documentation received and submitted by me.

    I understand and accept that all information I receive from INSJ about the association or any of its projects must be considered classified and will not be shared in any known or unknown way without express and demonstrable authorization from INSJ. This commitment is maintained for up to 5 years after my last membership renewal in INSJ.

    I understand and accept the privacy policy and regulations of INSJ in all its terms. This commitment is maintained for up to 5 years after my last membership renewal in INSJ.

    I understand and accept that any payment or deposit of money that I make to INSJ will be contributions/donations for the costs of issuance, shipping, expenses, administrative management and other concepts, and I promise not to make any subsequent claim or request any refund or compensation regarding that money or any other contribution made or to be made. I understand and accept that from the time I sign this agreement/commitment, the process of management, administration, printing and shipping could take at least four to six weeks, not including shipping time.

    ATTENTION:
    When signing your commitment, please include the code that you will receive by email. This code is equivalent to your personal signature.

    Your Membership kit will be sent to you only when we receive the confirmation form and you make the deposit/payment when applicable. If you have already received the INSJ membership documentation, you will not be able to use it in any way without having previously completed and signed this commitment. Remember that without having completed and signed this form and in case of having received the credential, you must return it to INSJ and the return and postage costs will be at your expense.

    I accept that INSJ may deactivate my credential and cancel my membership in the event of any breach on my part, adding my name to the public list of terminated members and taking all necessary measures in accordance with the law.

    Remember: This is a legal, ethical and moral commitment.
COMPROMISO

Entiendo y acepto que con la membresía en la Red Internacional de Periodismo Corporativo Social (INSJ) formo parte de una red global, y compartiré actividades y proyectos. Entiendo que la Asociación Internacional de Profesionales de la Comunicación y los Medios también es INSJ.

Entiendo y acepto que la membresía que obtengo al ser miembro de INSJ es un compromiso legal y personal de respeto, honestidad y honorabilidad. Acepto que debo proteger el buen honor de INSJ y de todos sus miembros, aliados y asociados, manteniendo el decoro y el respeto a las instituciones y a las personas.

Entiendo y acepto que INSJ no es responsable de mis acciones, que no tengo ninguna relación laboral, representación, ni contrato de trabajo con INSJ, y responderé de manera independiente y completa ante la ley, personas e instituciones por cualquier reclamación de mis acciones, amparándome y asumiendo la total responsabilidad por cualquier reclamo o demanda que afecte directa o indirectamente a la Red Internacional de Periodismo Social, Corp (INSJ) o sus organizaciones, sus directores, socios, asociados, aliados, patrocinadores, donantes, voluntarios en relación con mis acciones y el uso de mi relación con INSJ en cualquier aspecto. Asumo mi compromiso absoluto, voluntario y total con mis acciones que involucren de cualquier manera el uso de la membresía o cualquier otra relación personal o profesional con INSJ, sus directores, socios, personal, asociados, aliados, patrocinadores, donantes o voluntarios. Entiendo y acepto que renuncio expresamente a tomar acciones legales o de cualquier otra índole en contra de INSJ, sus organizaciones, directores, aliados, asociados y miembros en reclamo de beneficios o derechos de cualquier tipo o naturaleza.

Entiendo y acepto que como miembro voluntario especial me comprometo a mantener el juramento de absoluta confidencialidad y respetaré todas las instrucciones e información que reciba de INSJ.

Entiendo y acepto que en caso de recibir la Credencial Profesional Internacional o cualquier otra documentación emitida por INSJ, acepto total y completamente las normas y reglamentos, y asumo la total responsabilidad por su uso. Asumo total responsabilidad por todas las acciones resultantes del uso de la credencial y de mi actitud personal.

Entiendo y acepto que la Credencial Profesional Internacional de INSJ debe ser recibida legalmente y directamente de INSJ, no puede ser copiada, duplicada, alterada o compartida de ninguna forma o tecnología. La Credencial Profesional Internacional es entregada de manera única, exclusiva e intransferible a su beneficiario autorizado por INSJ. Acepto que la Credencial Profesional Internacional es propiedad única y exclusiva de INSJ y debe ser entregada a INSJ cuando me la solicite.

Asumo total responsabilidad por el origen, veracidad y legalidad de la documentación que he entregado y que facilita mi participación en INSJ. INSJ no es responsable de verificar la documentación recibida y presentada por mí.

Entiendo y acepto que toda información que reciba de INSJ sobre la asociación o cualquiera de sus proyectos debe ser considerada clasificada y no será compartida de ninguna manera conocida o desconocida sin autorización expresa y demostrable de INSJ. Este compromiso se mantiene hasta 5 años después de mi última renovación de membresía en INSJ.

Entiendo y acepto la política de privacidad y regulaciones de INSJ en todos sus términos. Este compromiso se mantiene hasta 5 años después de mi última renovación de membresía en INSJ.

Entiendo y acepto que cualquier pago o depósito de dinero que realice a INSJ serán aportes/donaciones por los costos de emisión, envío, gastos, gestión administrativa y otros conceptos, y me comprometo a no realizar ningún reclamo posterior ni solicitar ningún reembolso o compensación respecto de ese dinero o cualquier otro aporte realizado o por realizar. Entiendo y acepto que desde el momento en que firme este acuerdo/compromiso, el proceso de gestión, administración, impresión y envío podría tardar al menos de cuatro a seis semanas, sin incluir el tiempo de envío.

ATENCIÓN:
Al firmar tu compromiso, por favor incluye el código que recibirás por correo electrónico. Este código equivale a tu firma personal.

Tu kit de Membresía te será enviado únicamente cuando recibamos el formulario de confirmación y realices el depósito/pago cuando corresponda. Si ya recibiste la documentación de membresía de INSJ, no podrás utilizarla de ninguna manera sin haber completado y firmado previamente este compromiso. Recuerda que sin haber completado y firmado este formulario y en caso de haber recibido la credencial, deberás devolverla a INSJ y los costos de devolución y envío correrán por tu cuenta.

Acepto que INSJ pueda desactivar mi credencial y cancelar mi membresía en caso de cualquier incumplimiento por mi parte, agregando mi nombre a la lista pública de miembros dados de baja y tomando todas las medidas necesarias conforme a la ley.

Recuerda: Este es un compromiso legal, ético y moral.
