    MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT, LIABILITY, AND ETHICAL COMMITMENT

    International Social Journalism Association (INSJ), also known as the International Association of Communication and Media Professionals.

    By applying for and/or accepting membership in the International Social Journalism Association (hereinafter, INSJ), I declare that I have read, understand, and expressly, freely, and voluntarily accept the following terms and conditions, which constitute a legal, ethical, and moral commitment:

    1. Nature of Membership
    I understand and accept that, upon becoming a member, I become part of an international network of professionals, with the possibility of sharing activities, projects, exchange spaces, and collaborative actions, without this implying any employment, contractual, or representation relationship with INSJ.

    Membership is personal, voluntary, and revocable, and does not grant any acquired rights, employment rights, economic rights, corporate rights, or institutional representation rights.

    2. Ethical Commitment and Conduct
    I accept that membership implies a personal commitment to respect, honesty, honor, decorum, and ethical conduct, both in my professional practice and in my public and private behavior when I make use of my affiliation with INSJ.

    I commit to protecting the good name, prestige, and institutional honor of INSJ, as well as that of its members, directors, allies, associates, sponsors, donors, volunteers, and affiliated organizations, refraining from any action that may directly or indirectly affect their reputation.

    3. Independence and Disclaimer of Liability

    I acknowledge and accept that:
    There is no employment, contractual, corporate, or representation relationship between INSJ and myself.

    I act independently and autonomously, being solely and exclusively responsible for my actions, decisions, statements, and activities.

    I assume full legal, civil, administrative, and criminal responsibility for any claim, damage, injury, or lawsuit arising from my actions, expressly and completely releasing INSJ and all persons and entities associated with it from any direct or indirect, current or future liability. Furthermore, I expressly and irrevocably waive the right to initiate legal actions, claims, or lawsuits of any nature, including actions for defamation, misinformation, or any kind of publications that could in any way harm the honor or assets of (INSJ), its directors, members, allies, or associates, in relation to benefits, rights, expectations, or interpretations arising from this membership, with immediate or future effect.

    4. Confidentiality
    I agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information, documentation, instructions, data, projects, activities, benefits, or internal communications that I receive from (INSJ).

    This duty of confidentiality shall remain in effect during the term of the membership and for five (5) years after its termination, cancellation, or expiration, regardless of the reason.

    5. Membership, International Professional Credential, and all types of Documentation

    In the event that I receive the Membership, International Professional Credential, or any other documentation or recognition issued by (INSJ):
    • I agree to fully comply with the rules, regulations, and terms of use.
    • I assume full responsibility for my use of said documentation and for the consequences arising from my actions.

    The International Professional Credential:
    • Is unique, personal, exclusive, and non-transferable.
    • May not be copied, duplicated, altered, reproduced, or shared by any known or future means or technology.
    • Is the exclusive property of (INSJ) and must be returned upon request.

    6. Truthfulness of Information
    I declare that all information and documentation submitted to apply for membership or any other benefit is truthful, legitimate, and legal, and I assume full responsibility for its origin and content.

    (INSJ) assumes no obligation or responsibility for verifying the submitted documentation.

    7. Payments, Contributions, and Non-Refundability
    I understand and accept that any payment or deposit made to (INSJ) is considered a contribution/donation, intended exclusively to cover administrative costs, management fees, issuance, printing, and shipping of documentation, and other purposes that (INSJ) deems appropriate.

    I accept that no refund, compensation, or subsequent claim is due for any reason. I acknowledge that, once this commitment is signed, the administrative process, including issuance and shipping, may take between four (4) and six (6) weeks, not including postal or logistics shipping times. In the case of shipments outside the United States, INSJ will not be responsible for arrival times or guarantee delivery, as this responsibility rests solely with the shipping companies, and INSJ will not assume any liability or replacement costs.

    8. Use of Personal Data
    I expressly authorize (INSJ) to incorporate the information provided into its databases, in accordance with its privacy, data protection, and information use policies, which I declare I have read and accept.

    This consent remains valid for up to five (5) years after the termination of membership. In the case of memberships without a termination date, this consent will remain valid for the duration of the membership or until five (5) years from the verifiable and demonstrable notification of the termination of the membership's validity issued by (INSJ).

    9. Non-Compliance and Sanctions
    I agree that, in the event of any breach of this commitment, (INSJ) may:
    • Cancel or suspend my membership.
    • Deactivate my International Professional Credential.
    • Withdraw any documentation or recognition granted.
    • Publish my status as a former member.
    • Notify relevant media, associations, institutions, and organizations affiliated with (INSJ).
    • Take appropriate legal action.

    10. Signature and Validity
    I acknowledge that the special code sent by (INSJ) via email or official WhatsApp constitutes my personal signature and express acceptance of this commitment, and I must include it in the corresponding box on this form. This will be considered a legally binding signature.

    Without the acceptance and signature of this agreement, the use of the membership, credential, or received documentation is not authorized, and I must return it to the (INSJ), assuming the shipping and return costs.

    Final Declaration
    I declare that I have read this agreement in its entirety, understand its scope and consequences, and voluntarily accept its terms.

    This document constitutes a legal, ethical, and moral commitment.

ACUERDO DE MEMBRESÍA, RESPONSABILIDAD Y COMPROMISO ÉTICO

Asociación Internacional de Periodismo Social (INSJ) conocida como Asociación Internacional de Profesionales de la Comunicación y Medios.

Al solicitar y/o aceptar la membresía en la Asociación Internacional de Periodismo Social (en adelante, INSJ), declara que ha leído, comprendido y acepta expresa, libre y voluntariamente los siguientes términos y condiciones, los cuales constituyen un compromiso legal, ético y moral:

1. Naturaleza de la Membresía
Entiendo y acepto que, al incorporarme como miembro, paso a formar parte de una red internacional de profesionales, con la posibilidad de compartir actividades, proyectos, espacios de intercambio y acciones colaborativas, sin que ello implique relación laboral, contractual o de representación alguna con la (INSJ).

La membresía tiene carácter personal, voluntario y revocable, y no otorga derechos adquiridos, laborales, económicos, societarios ni de representación institucional.

2. Compromiso Ético y Conducta
Acepto que la membresía implica un compromiso personal de respeto, honestidad, honorabilidad, decoro y conducta ética, tanto en el ejercicio profesional como en mi comportamiento público y privado cuando haga uso de mi vínculo con (INSJ).

Me comprometo a proteger el buen nombre, prestigio y honor institucional de (INSJ), así como el de sus miembros, directores, aliados, asociados, patrocinadores, donantes, voluntarios y organizaciones vinculadas, absteniéndome de cualquier acción que pueda afectar directa o indirectamente su reputación.

3. Independencia y Exención de Responsabilidad

Reconozco y acepto que:
No existe relación laboral, contractual, societaria ni de representación entre (INSJ) y mi persona.

Actúo de manera independiente y autónoma, siendo el único y exclusivo responsable de mis acciones, decisiones, declaraciones y actividades.

Asumo total responsabilidad legal, civil, administrativa y penal por cualquier reclamo, daño, perjuicio o demanda derivada de mis acciones, liberando expresa y completamente a (INSJ) y a todas las personas y entidades vinculadas a ella de cualquier responsabilidad directa o indirecta, actual o futura.

Asimismo, renuncio expresa e irrevocablemente a iniciar acciones legales, reclamos, demandas de cualquier naturaleza, incluyendo acciones de difamacion, desinformación o cualquier clase de publicaciones que pudieran de alguna forma perjudicar el honor o el patrimonio contra (INSJ), sus directores, miembros, aliados o asociados, en relación con beneficios, derechos, expectativas o interpretaciones derivadas de esta membresía con efectos inmediatos o futuros.

4. Confidencialidad
Me comprometo a mantener estricta confidencialidad respecto de toda la información, documentación, instrucciones, datos, proyectos, actividades, beneficios o comunicaciones internas que reciba de (INSJ).

Este deber de confidencialidad se mantendrá durante la vigencia de la membresía y hasta cinco (5) años posteriores a su finalización, cancelación o vencimiento, independientemente del motivo.

5. Membresía, Credencial Profesional Internacional y toda clase de Documentación
En caso de recibir la Membresía, Credencial Profesional Internacional o cualquier otra documentación o reconocimiento emitido por (INSJ):
  • Acepto cumplir íntegramente las normas, reglamentos y condiciones de uso.
  • Asumimos total responsabilidad por el uso que realice de dicha documentación y por las consecuencias derivadas de mis actos.

La Credencial Profesional Internacional:
  • Es única, personal, exclusiva e intransferible.
  • No puede ser copiada, duplicada, alterada, reproducida ni compartida por ningún medio o tecnología conocida o futura.
  • Es propiedad exclusiva de (INSJ) y deberá ser devuelta cuando esta lo solicite.

6. Veracidad de la Información
Declaro que toda la información y documentación presentada para solicitar la membresía o cualquier otro beneficio es veraz, legítima y legal, asumiendo total responsabilidad por su origen y contenido.

(INSJ) no asume obligación ni responsabilidad de verificación de la documentación presentada.

7. Pagos, Aportes y No Reembolso
Entender y aceptar que cualquier pago o depósito realizado a favor de (INSJ) tiene carácter de aporte/donación, destinado exclusivamente a cubrir costos administrativos, de gestión, emisión, impresión, envío de documentación y otros destinos que (INSJ) considere oportunos.

Acepto que no corresponde reembolso, compensación ni reclamo posterior por ningún concepto.

Reconozco que, una vez firmado este compromiso, el proceso administrativo, de emisión y envío puede demorar entre cuatro (4) y seis (6) semanas, sin incluir tiempos de envío postal o logístico. En los casos de envío fuera de los Estados Unidos (INSJ) no será responsable sobre los tiempos de arribo ni garantiza la entrega, siendo esta responsabiliad unicamente de las compañías de correo no asumiendo responsabilidades ni asumiendo gastos de reposición.

8. Uso de Datos Personales
Autorizo expresamente a (INSJ) a incorporar la información proporcionada a sus bases de datos, conforme a sus políticas de privacidad, protección y uso de la información, las cuales declarar conocer y aceptar.

Este consentimiento se mantiene vigente hasta cinco (5) años después de la finalización de la membresía. En los casos de Membresías sin límite de terminación, este consentimiento se mantendra durante la vigencia de la Membresía o hasta cnco (5) años desde la notificación fehaciente y desmostrable de finalización de validez de la Membresía otorgada por (INSJ).

9. Incumplimiento y Sanciones
Acepto que, ante cualquier incumplimiento de este compromiso, (INSJ) podrá:
  • Cancelar o suspender la membresía.
  • Desactivar la Credencial Profesional Internacional.
  • Retirar cualquier documentación o reconocimiento otorgado.
  • Publicar mi condición de baja como miembro.
  • Notificar según corresponda a medios, asociaciones, instituciones y organizaciones relacionadas con (INSJ).
  • Adoptar las medidas legales que correspondan.

10. Firma y Validez
Reconozco que el código especial enviado a mi persona  por (INSJ) por correo electrónico o WhatsApp oficial constituye mi firma personal y aceptación expresa de este compromiso y debo incluirlo en el casillero correspondiente de este formulario, este hecho tendrá validez como firma legal.

Sin la aceptación y firma de este acuerdo, no está autorizado el uso de la membresía, credencial o documentación recibida, debiendo devolverla a (INSJ), asumiendo los costos de envío y devolución.

Declaración Final
Declaro que he leído íntegramente el presente acuerdo, comprendo su alcance y consecuencias, y acepto voluntariamente sus términos.

Este documento constituye un compromiso legal, ético y moral.
