    Returns can be requested:
    30 days before starting the course the administrative cost is discounted (15%)
    Up to 15 days before starting the course 50% is discounted.
    Less than 15 days before the start of the course, no refund of the payment will be made.
    INSJ may grant a new course or a similar course date.
