1. Objeto del Acuerdo
La Plataforma otorga al Usuario un acceso limitado, personal, no exclusivo y no transferible para visualizar y participar en los cursos y contenidos ofrecidos, con sujeción al cumplimiento de este Acuerdo y de las Políticas de Privacidad y Uso de Datos.

2. Restricciones de Uso
El Usuario se compromete expresamente a:

No copiar, reproducir, descargar, duplicar, distribuir, transmitir, vender, revender o explotar de ninguna forma los contenidos de la Plataforma, ya sea de manera total o parcial.

No compartir los contenidos con terceros, incluidos materiales, videos, textos, ejercicios, imágenes, evaluaciones o cualquier otro recurso proporcionado por la Plataforma.

No publicar, filtrar ni divulgar información confidencial o de acceso restringido a la que tenga acceso a través de la Plataforma.

No realizar ingeniería inversa, manipulación, descompilación, extracción o cualquier otro acto que busque acceder al código, estructura o funcionamiento interno de la Plataforma o de sus componentes tecnológicos.

El incumplimiento de estas restricciones será considerado una violación grave de este Acuerdo.

3. Propiedad Intelectual
Todos los cursos, recursos, contenidos, metodologías, marcas, diseños, imágenes y materiales disponibles en la Plataforma son propiedad exclusiva de la Plataforma o de sus respectivos titulares.
El Usuario reconoce que no adquiere ningún derecho de propiedad intelectual sobre los contenidos y que solo tiene un derecho limitado de uso conforme a este Acuerdo.

4. Acciones Legales
La Plataforma podrá iniciar acciones legales, civiles, administrativas y/o penales contra cualquier Usuario que viole este Acuerdo o las políticas internas, especialmente en casos de:

• Copia o distribución no autorizada de contenidos,
• Vulneración de derechos de propiedad intelectual,
• Uso indebido de información confidencial.

5. Confidencialidad
El Usuario se compromete a no divulgar, compartir ni utilizar de absolutamente ninguna forma, clase o tipo  cualquier información a la que tenga acceso dentro de la Plataforma, incluidos contenidos no públicos, datos de otros usuarios, material académico o información interna.
El usuario podría recibir expresa y escrita autorización para utilizar contenidos únicamente aprobados por INSJ 

6. Consentimiento sobre el Uso de Datos e Imágenes
El Usuario declara que ha leído y comprendido las Políticas de Privacidad, Utilización y Manipulación de la Información.

Asimismo, el Usuario acepta que:

Su información e imágenes podrían ser utilizadas por la Plataforma con fines de promoción, difusión y marketing.
La Plataforma no venderá la información personal del Usuario.
La Plataforma no se responsabiliza por el uso que los proveedores de servicios y sus asociados puedan hacer de los datos recopilados en el funcionamiento de la Plataforma.

7. Actualización de Políticas
Las Políticas de Privacidad y los términos de uso pueden ser actualizados periódicamente sin obligacion de notificacion a los usuarios.
El Usuario es responsable de revisar las versiones actualizadas en la web oficial de la Plataforma.
El Usuario recibirá un enlace a dichas políticas o podrá solicitarlo en cualquier momento.

8. Aceptación
Al utilizar la Plataforma, el Usuario confirma que ha leído, comprendido y aceptado este Acuerdo y las políticas vinculadas.

9. Lugar de residencia
El presente acuerdo se regirá por las leyes del estado de La Florida en los Estados Unidos.

You are accessing the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy page, and the Information Use Policy for the International Association of Media and Communication Professionals (insj.org) course platform.

1. Purpose of the Agreement

Do not publish, leak, or disclose confidential or restricted-access information to which you have access through the Platform.

Do not reverse engineer, manipulate, decompile, extract, or perform any other act that seeks to access the code, structure, or internal workings of the Platform or its technological components.

Failure to comply with these restrictions will be considered a serious violation of this Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property
All courses, resources, content, methodologies, trademarks, designs, images, and materials available on the Platform are the exclusive property of the Platform or their respective owners.

The User acknowledges that they do not acquire any intellectual property rights over the content and only have a limited right of use in accordance with this Agreement.

4. Legal Actions
The Platform may initiate legal, civil, administrative, and/or criminal actions against any User who violates this Agreement or its internal policies, especially in cases of:

• Unauthorized copying or distribution of content,
• Infringement of intellectual property rights,
• Misuse of confidential information.

5. Confidentiality
The User agrees not to disclose, share, or use in any way, form, or manner any information to which they have access within the Platform, including non-public content, data from other users, academic materials, or internal information.
The user may receive express written authorization to use content approved only by INSJ.

6. Consent Regarding the Use of Data and Images
The User declares that they have read and understood the Privacy, Use, and Handling of Information Policies.

Furthermore, the User agrees that:

Their information and images may be used by the Platform for promotional, dissemination, and marketing purposes.
The Platform will not sell the User's personal information.
The Platform is not responsible for the use that service providers and their partners may make of the data collected in the operation of the Platform.

7. Policy Updates
The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use may be updated periodically without obligation to notify users. The User is responsible for reviewing the updated versions on the Platform's official website.

The User will receive a link to these policies and may request them at any time.

8. Acceptance
By using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement and the related policies.

9. Place of Residence
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida in the United States.
